Looks like they need to stripe the lot before we see it open.

    Supercharger - Austin, TX

Looks like it will be 8 charging spots. 4 Supercharger cabinets - each cabinet runs 2 charging connectors. The 8th is either out of view or will be a pull in spot next to where the equipment will be.

Yep, pretty sure that is the case. I've never seen them face like this and while they would probably reach, I don't think they are designed to flex that way as was mentioned. Good chance Tesla would make them fix it.

@TMC Bubba and Pricee2 I hope the contractors followed the proper design. If you look at how the concrete is poured, it will not be able to be mounted in the typical orientation. As is It would still probably reach the car if they have the end where the cable comes out nearest to the spots.

Thanks for all the updates - definitely one of the best documented supercharger installs I've followed! Hope you get your 3 soon. I'm waiting for one as well!

I agree, I have not seen anything other than the white cabinets and the distribution boxes at other locations and this pad is larger than others I have seen. It is odd that the extra conduits only run back to the distribution box and nothing towards the site of the car charging units (as seen...

My guess is that they will do vacuum excavation like they did in Arlington when they put the trench near the trees there. Check out the pictures from the Arlington supercharger construction thread (page 4). It's pretty amazing that they are able to leave the roots with little to no damage.

Went by today to check for progress. Lots of new flags (appear they were just put out) and more paint. With the fresh flags, hoping they are getting close to breaking ground.

    Supercharger - Shreveport, LA

I'm new to the forum and a new owner of a used Model S. Just an observation about the lack of the actual supercharger cable. In looking at the recent pictures of the Lindale site, it does have the cables but this one does not - despite it appearing to be more complete. I don't know why...
