I have the same problem on Firstnet. When using my Verizon sim, the app works fine. Definitely a problem with Firstnet service and the Tesla app.

Rick James- I have the same problem you do when using my Firstnet sim. When I switch my phone to Verizon the Tesla app works fine.

There is a guy on facebook reporting is MX with “e” battery got the 371 range update. Haven’t seen it on my MXLR+ with F battery yet.

I’m in my Sirius trial on my MX LR+ and can only get it to work after I’ve used the “power off” function for the car. Is there a fix for this or even worth reporting to service?
