Yes the visibility of the dash I guess - I like it - feels a lot more open and even more minimalist than stock. I'm 5'10" if you're concerned about my stature.

My guess is that will not work and that the connector for the heated wheel is not present - it could be easily verified by pulling the airbag, you would see an unused separate connector for the heating element if is wired.

I received my heated, white yoke from Hansshow and installed it no problem. Transferred my existing metal wheel controls over no problem. I like it, it is high quality and feels OEM to me. It takes just a few minutes to get used to driving with it, and the change in visibility is pretty huge...
