I found a crack on the rear glass and after taking it to Tesla they determined it was a stress fracture and covered the replacement under warranty. It would have cost $1000 if I had to pay for it myself.

My experience is the same as most here. Opens 100% of the time but only closes about 25%. Unless they fix this there's no reason to actually pay for the subscription and I'd suggest others hold off. Mine is set to expire in August as per the in-car display. I didn't realize this was a limited trial when I purchased it as I thought the Performance model included the premium connectivity.
