You have a wheel out of balance. Could be possible a wheel weight got knocked off when putting the 20's back on. I just had the same thing happen to me on the 22's. Had all 4 tires balanced and the drive is as smooth as ever and any speed.

I don't think a new setup will be required and the X should recognize the TPMS once you reinstall the wheel. I have swapped out wheel multiple times and no additional setup was needed.

Ditto for me. Tesla will not allow the buy back as a trade. Two different transactions. My 2018 X has been much better than the 2016 X. Zero problems so far.

Took delivery of a new X on Wednesday. Tow hitch definitely installed but they did forget the hitch draw bar adapter and trailer brake wiring harness. I was able to get both yesterday but make sure you get the bag with the hitch adapter (or whatever they call it).
