it was already a secondary, the white car he bought had dual chargers on it! maybe he could try swapping the MCU of the two cars but I think he sold the one from the dual chargers car... -

I think the problem is that the MCU is not configured to have two chargers, as it wasn't like that in the flooded car, so maybe you should try to hook up the MCU from the car that was in the crash (the white one).
