Update for my Lighted rear applique: Got some strange errors in the lighted applique a few weeks ago. Right side partially 'S L A' of the 'T E S L A' does not work while de T E S reacts normally to input commands (turn signal, brake, reverse..) Now I just disabled all input commands. Not sure...

It has been a while for me on TMC and guess we need an update ;). I installed the rear applique over a year ago now and followed the precarious isolation procedure mentioned earlier in this thread. Have to say; it paid off :cool:. The applique is still working 100% through rain, snow, heat/cold...

Good thread; I curbed my rim while backing up because the dimming in evening rain made it super dark. Did not see the curb. Your post made me disconnect it immediately. :cool:

Hi artsci, As I just received these lights and plan to install them with the guy who did my blackvue 2ch installation, did you apply the silicon caulk/rubber seal before fixing the letters on the applique (and let it dry) or at the moment you press them through the applique letter inserts...

Really interested in obtaining this unique accessory. What type of FlexSeal do you recommend using, and where exactly did you apply it on the rear applique? Wanted to try this since the first type was introduced, but waited as I live abroad in the Netherlands and issues were raised.

Je kan dan beter in de vossiusstraat naast de pc hooft parkeren. Vaak wel een plek en iets goedkoper. Verder is Oosterdok parking best goed. Ruime plekken en dichtbij centrum. Maar goed. uiteindelijk betaal je overal wel een premium tarief voor het gemak van dichtbij parkeren. Nu heb ik nooit...

Ik heb zelf op mijn S, 70 tint voor en 30 achter. Heb de rear sun shade ooit in het SeC Oslo gekocht op een doorreis en die werkt erg goed. Ook als privacy scherm voor als je geen parcel shelf gebruikt. Scheelt bij volle zon aardig wat warmte.
