Is the 100 amp breaker the norm? Thought it would be 60amp. You should call the charging helpline they can run diagnostics I did that and they fixed the issues

Sounds like a bad ground or loose connection.

I am about 30 minutes from dc I tested the physical outlet and I have the correct voltage. But the adapter that came with the charger was faulty.
