Wheels in an of themselves have very little impact on range. It is the tires on them that have big effects, and at larger wheel sizes your options for economical tires goes down. There are aero designed wheels which have a small improvement in range, but you can get those in almost any size...

Battery packs should too, the economics work out best when you put a ton of miles on the car in a short time. If the car sits a lot the batteries just sit there aging being wasted.

There isn't a step change in battery degradation at 100%. Its just a little worse at 100% than at 90%, which is a little worse than 80% and so on. Nothing wrong with charging to 100% before a trip.
