Wheel Search: Homage to Porsche GT3 Wheels

I too love the look of the GT wheels, and have thought about putting them on my model S. Here is another offering from Rotiform that come close: PGT

"Regenerative braking has been improved" on "Legacy" 2015 S70D thoughts

I have a 2016.7 75D running 2020.12.11.5 software, and didn't see any notification about regen or feel a difference in the braking/performance.

Front suspension, sway bar links possible rattling.

Thanks for this! I've actually done a bit of suspension work in the past, and was looking for a complete service manual for the car for other issues, general info, etc., not just instructions for removing the links. But I really do appreciate your taking the time to post this.

Front suspension, sway bar links possible rattling.

Hi there! I realize this thread is a bit old, but I was following along and believe I have the same sway bar linkage issue as others have described. Anyway, it looks like that service manual link is kaput. Does anybody have a link they are willing to share? I want to DIY this job. Not sure if it...

Model S Powered Lift gate Struts - Rear Lift Issue

Any further developments on this? I just took delivery of a used 2016 Model S 75D with very badly rusted liftgate struts, which I didn't notice until I had gotten home. Mine are literally flaking apart, and one is even leaking some hydraulic fluid into the gutter around the hatch opening. It's...

Just ordered a Model 3. Production Time?

Our Model 3 Performance took 9 weeks... to the very day

    Model Y wheel options

IMHO the 18" aeros look terrible on the Y. They're barely big enough to look proportional on the 3. On the Y they look like skateboard wheels.

Touch up paint for 20" gray performance wheels

I'm curious about this, too. We have some rash on ours as well. It doesn't seem bad enough to take to a wheel shop, but is definitely noticeable if you're looking for it. What a sad day that was :(

Yeah ... body repair is pricey .. but this seems excessive

That's absolute bullshit. I hope you have alternatives where you live.

    Summon in empty parking lot

Can you imagine pulling into a spot just as a "summoned", driverless Tesla was trying to navigate through a row of parked cars, and through the spot into which you were maneuvering? I'm genuinely curious how the Tesla would react.

Hoping more comfortable than 3, better handling than S

I actually do not love the seats in our Model 3 Performance either, but for different reasons. I find the bolstering to be too soft and too shallow, and think that it doesn't hold me in as much as I would like for such a high performing car. I still own a 3 year old GTI, and think those seats --...
