My Model S creaks like an old house on a windy day. Its genuinely awful. Service center tried twice to fix it and failed.

It doesn't respect this while navigating and will go back to its preferred zoom level after a few seconds. Same as above, after a few seconds it will go back to whatever it feels like.

No, its not the average of both directions, that would be silly. As I mentioned its Tesla's own traffic data as opposed to googles that is shown on the maps when Nav is not engaged.
