Good work. I don't have the diagnostic tools, so was going on supposition and the experience I had with my iPads. I would totally believe that their not backwards compatible.

Unfortunately, the cable and adapter combination doesn't seem to work. The USB drive doesn't come online. I may have to go to a hub solution or similar. I have a right angle and converter combination that works, it just sticks out about 3/4" or so. I'll have to keep investigating. If only...

Mine was a blank and white, so I don't know that it's a limiting item. Since you're local to Fremont don't be surprised if they want to do a quick delivery in the next 2 weeks.

I'm going to guess that it's the amperage. I know that apple tablets require a 5amp adapter to charge and will not charge with the smaller 1.2a adapters that come with phones. I'm going to guess that your headphones require the higher amperage and the rear ports don't provide it.

I recieved my MY LR on Saturday (3/15) and it did not have the new headlights. New console, heated steering wheel... still the old headlights though. It was built this month.

I just accepted delivery of my MY LR and it does NOT have the projector headlight. VIN 1441xx

I actually had to postpone my delivery because it was so fast. Although it was a different part of Tesla that caused that (service issue created by the latest software download that they can't figure out; hence I can't sell my current S while the error condition exists).

Beware delivery is really fast right now. They wanted me to pick up my car 6 days after the deposit....
