i just did this hook up. It works pretty good. These are small wires so I think all trailer lights need to be LEDs. I replaced my trailer light bulbs with led light bulbs. Just like the regular bulbs but they are LEDs. Available at the auto parts store.

I would say preheat the car while on shore power and then be sure to set it to RECYCLE so your not heating outside air. I've found that if you remotely heat or cool the car it automatically goes to fresh air. You use lots less energy in recycle mode for both.

I would get the standard. It's really fast and the INSTANT torque will surprise you. I've driven both and don't think the difference is worth it unless you have a place to race it.

I was at the service center yesterday and talking to the tech. I was told they are working on a fix for the loud AC. He said it was being tested at the factory now, so hopefully we'll hear something soon. I agree the AC is way too loud.
