Worth adding as well that when I actually collected my car it wasn’t greyed out until I installed the software update the car is currently on 2021.32; looks like a 2021.32 issue

Right so it appears it’s a bug in the update and will be addressed when Version 2021.36 becomes available.In that time just pray for a random miracle.
