Was pending sale but haven't heard back. Price reduced to $600 picked up because I found out it was a 8' cord (was purchased as a 24' so my fault for trusting the original seller).

Ended up installing a 40A 240V outlet over the this HPWC so I can make multiple uses of the power. Unit is brand new in box. Only opened/took out to inspect and look at manual. Asking $700 picked up. Can ship but would prefer pick up. I am in Massachusetts. 02790
