    FSD free trial… I’m convinced

Your math is way off. Definitely not 99.9% ready. Try 70%. Did you see how many complaints you recalled?!?

    Free FSD for 1 Month

Similar experience as already stated. Sometimes it's very impressive other times frustrating. IMO Tesla had been way off on their pricing of this feature 12K, C'mon man. I might pay $99 a month but not the current rate.

    myQ stopped working this week

Mine was working great for over a year. 2 days ago it began malfunctioning. Won't open or close though acting like it is with the illustration on the screen appearing as normal. If I wait long enough, the illustration stops and I'm given the opportunity to press open or close on the UI and it...

    Things That Tesla Has Fixed

Respectfully disagree. I tried it when it came out because I use autopilot every day. The problem is, when I change lanes and AP disengages, the car immediately slows down unless you get on the accelerator. I reverted back to double press because cruise control stays on with a lane change and...

    wipers stopped working on auto

My favorite is when I'm driving on the highway at 0530 to catch an early flight, using autopilot and my wipers going off every time I pass under a light with a pristine windshield and not a cloud in the dark sky. My blood pressure increases with each dry wipe but I love autopilot too much to...

Thoughts on not choosing acceleration boost on M3LR

Having come from performance cars including, M3, M5, Viper, and an '07 GTR, I can tell you $2K for a 0.5 second acceleration boost is a huge bargain. I didn't want to pay $8K more for the performance model when I bought my '20 M3 long range but I paid for the performance upgrade one week after...

First time having major phone key issue

Yesterday, phone completely not recognized by my Tesla in the garage. 2020 LR M3. Iphone 13 ProMax. Had recently downloaded update for the phone. Had to use the key card to start the car. After restarting my phone twice, doing the soft screen reboot in the Tesla, still wouldn't pair. Finally...

locked car won't open occasionally even with my iPhone in hand.

Welcome to Tesla! Happens about once a week with me. My app is ALWAYS open on my phone but it still happens. Have to get my phone out, unlock and go to the already open app.

Thinking about pulling the trigger on a warranty extension Now that Tesla offers one

As I've written before, ALL insurance is gambling. It's like casinos, some will win, most will lose. Tesla has the actuaries and all the data, they are the House. They price extended coverage where they are guaranteed to make a profit if X number of people choose to buy it. As with all...

Tesla M3 Dashcam Footage Recovery - Urgent Assistance Needed

I know that there is a lot of stress in that situation, but if you can remember to honk your horn it will save 10 minutes of footage.

Tesla now offering extended service agreements for certain vehicles

All insurance is gambling. You are gambling you'll need it and the insurer is gambling you won't. They have actuaries who pour over the historical data and determine rates where they will come out ahead over time. For some it's a great purchase while for most it's a loss.

Can You Read This License Plate?

My wife and I joke that here in Oklahoma, the bigger the pickup, the smaller the pe#is!

Auto wipers on in autopilot when it's not raining

I didn't either the first 30 months of owning my car.

Discussion: Model 3 Price reductions - Jan / April / Oct 2023 and all other pricing discussions

99% of cars are depreciating assests. The wisest financial move is financing at a low rate (if still possible) and investing the money in a hopefully appreciating stock, mutual fund, etc. You already chose a bad move and selling a car within the first 3 years is almost always a losing...
