    Have not received an update in a long time

    Call the customer service number. I just had the same issue being stuck on the week 42 update for almost 3 months. I called and they put in a ticket. Two days later I got the latest update over the air.

    Wiki Model S Delivery Update

    I feel bad for those who haven't heard anything. I just heard today that mine (ordered on June 17) is in production with expected delivery the week of July 30th.
