Anyone know if 2023.20.7 affected EAP since it is now a single production release even for non-FSD users?

Anyone have updated info on this topic. Want to upgrade my new Plaid X to EAP now but only if it is based on the new single stack for highway. Wondering if it might make a difference if the car first downloaded FSD Beta for a 1 month subscription prior to purchasing EAP.
