I believe Tesla will send you a pre-filled Registration application once they have the VIN numbers and you get the message about a car being allocated to you. Tesla then also send an sms to get you to sign a few things on that application form. Thats how it was for me.

What are you referring to? Trade in registration details? Or application for new registration?

What is this cut off dates? The last time I spoke to a Tesla Rep, which is early last week, she was saying that all cars before 28th Feb will have the UMC included, regardless of delivery dates. Are you saying your car is built after the 28th? I am in Sydney by the way, not sure if that makes...

Finally received the magic delivery sms today. Earliest offered was 20th April. Counting the days, but at least the goal posts have been set in stone.
