12 volt battery possibly loose or not properly connected. I had it after car went for repairs after an accident. Garage hadn’t tightened the 12 v battery cables properly. Key cards and phone key wouldn’t work.

Mobile access disabled is a good thing. Basically, when you get the car you enable access to it using the touchscreen in the car and then it allows you to change some settings using the mobile. That should show up on the day of delivery as prior to that my app showed no car linked.

Driven from Southampton to West Sussex for me. they transport up to the AutoXP hubs (think there are three?) and then drive from there.

Hopefully they will deliver as promised! Fingers crossed for you.

Correct - no text with a time slot received as yet. The original text on Thursday last week had head office address on it for delivery - but spoke to Tesla and they changed it home address. Looks like i will have to call AutoXP shortly to see if they are indeed delivering today.

I am due a delivery today but haven’t heard anything over the weekend. Last communication was an email from FleetXP on Thursday confirming delivery address and date (16 March).
