Charging Issue Level 2 at Home

Update: Got software update 13.15 today, didn't charge just before the update, charged like it should right after.

Charging Issue Level 2 at Home

I was also at 246-247 last night and charging failed, this morning at 244v it charged at a reduced rate (16/32A). I already have a home surge suppressor and that appears to not provide any change. I'll ask a silly question, does anyone know if there is a reasonable way to regulate/condition...

Charging Issue Level 2 at Home

After charging fine since Saturday, I got an error this morning with around 5 minutes left on a scheduled charge. Unlike what others have stated, it appears in my area, as the weather cools down, I think I'm seeing voltage increases that are keeping the car from charging. Hard to tell since...

Charging Issue Level 2 at Home

It has charged 4 out of 4 times today, I have also not downloaded any updates, a buddy of mine said they were working on pushing out a firmware update. I'll check later tonight, nights are usually tougher to get it charging and voltage always seems to be higher. At least heading in the right...

Charging Issue Level 2 at Home

They changed my appointment from mobile to service center which makes me less confident that it will be solved, I'm sure it will charge fine there and they'll say there's no issue with the car. Let me know how you make out since I have a month wait.

Charging Issue Level 2 at Home

I tried once when it first happened, it charged, I didn't notice if it was at 208 or 240, I will try again. I've tried the mobile charger and a 3rd party charger at my house with the same result. I wasn't sure if your comment about the pin replacement was something that was done to the...

Charging Issue Level 2 at Home

The pic is far away, i zoomed in a little, the second (black line) bends at the top of the panel but does comes from the same conduit. the second conduit is a line going out to power the garage door openers. The ground appears to go back fine, but I won't go near the service panel to check the...

Charging Issue Level 2 at Home

He said the grounds/neutrals weren't correct. Had him put in the new panel and new breakers (the picture is a little far) but he isolated the grounds/neutrals. Since he said there was a ground/neutral issue, I thought that was it, I was at work, with the car, and couldn't test it. Came home...

Charging Issue Level 2 at Home

I totally understand that a grounding issue can cause many problems. The likely hood that multiple people in different parts of the country are having ground issues all around the same time would seem pretty remote, especially when they have all been charging successfully at the same location...

Charging Issue Level 2 at Home

My issue started on 9/11, that morning I updated to 36.3.1, that night it started, was fine up until then.

Charging Issue Level 2 at Home

Nothing yet, my thought is the charging system has become sensitized to incoming voltage and it won't engage the charger, not sure of the why, I'll will post updates as they happen.
