Update: Got software update 13.15 today, didn't charge just before the update, charged like it should right after.

They changed my appointment from mobile to service center which makes me less confident that it will be solved, I'm sure it will charge fine there and they'll say there's no issue with the car. Let me know how you make out since I have a month wait.

He said the grounds/neutrals weren't correct. Had him put in the new panel and new breakers (the picture is a little far) but he isolated the grounds/neutrals. Since he said there was a ground/neutral issue, I thought that was it, I was at work, with the car, and couldn't test it. Came home...

I totally understand that a grounding issue can cause many problems. The likely hood that multiple people in different parts of the country are having ground issues all around the same time would seem pretty remote, especially when they have all been charging successfully at the same location...

I think I was on 36.3.1

My issue started on 9/11, that morning I updated to 36.3.1, that night it started, was fine up until then.

Nothing yet, my thought is the charging system has become sensitized to incoming voltage and it won't engage the charger, not sure of the why, I'll will post updates as they happen.
