Good Morning, Charging speed is controlled via the charger on the car. The connector between the AC and your car is merely a conduit for the electricity. The car can only accept the max the onboard charger is able to convert.

Those look like snows which are soft to begin with. It looks like you need an alignment.

The dash cam records over itself. Unless you happened to honk within 10 minutes of seeing it, its not recorded to the drive for any length of time.

I have a MY-P and purchased a set of Gemini wheels and put 19's on it for the winter. I've driven it through very deep snow in VT works out great. I'd also like to think between the weight savings and range loss from the snows I'm coming out even on range gain/loss from the tires and wheel sizes.
