I’ve had good experience with the Pittsburgh, PA service center when I had my MS 75D. It took a few visits to finally find the root cause of the problem, but I received good communication and a loaner each time, so I’m reasonably happy with them.

Mine was installed at the factory along with badge. Fits perfectly.

I received my front mats from Joe within 5 days of ordering. They look great. I like that they shipped flat in the box. I can't wait to try them out once I get my M3 back from its' full PPF installation. Thanks Joe! Glad to see you are back on track!

You should also be going after the other insurance for a DV (dimished value) claim if it doesn’t end up totaled. There are other threads about this process. There is even a company you can hire to produce a DV report.
