Daily usage - 25kwh to 30kwh per day. So if I got 2 powerwalls, I shoulld be able to get whole home backup(no ev charging) and have both solar systems tied to the powerwalls?

Looking at current inventory online there seems to be many standard range plus now available in Fremont in silver , blue and black now. It is curious why these were these not available 12/31?
