Agreed. Would much rather have Tesla take care of this. I reached out yesterday morning via phone to the local service center, as well as via the web portal. Have not heard back from them and do not have high hopes. This is my second Model X and I have never had a good service experience...

No major issues to report. FWD are used daily on my wife's car. Once in a while a door will not close all the way and will beep and require to be reopened and closed. I do not keep the key fob in the front pants pocket anymore as the FWD have been unintentionally opened or closed when leaning...

Same problem here. Both finding the doors open unintentionally and also having the door close on my head or my kids head when I lean over to get them out of the car seat.

As far as I can tell a new manufacturer in of itself will not fix this issue. The slope of the windshield, the type and thickness of material and applied coatings (or lack thereof) is causing excessive reflection/refraction. This can be seen in other cars as well and is not unique to Tesla...
