Curious how this has held up long term. Those bikes are VERY far away from the actual hitch mounting bolts. I'm not an engineer, but am curious what the torque loads are with the bikes bouncing around. I also am curious if you've had any trunk issues, using straps to lift the bikes to lighten...

I have a feeling that this is related to the initial design having power rear seat recline. There are extra latches in the rear, that really make no sense unless they intended to have power recline/latching. Due to supply chain/whatever, they went to manual latches.

Ah yeah, zero affiliation with RPM. I'm just saying in general, even if it's available on ebay/alibaba, generally speaking you get better support if buying and paying extra from a local reseller. I didn't know RPM had such a bad reputation. If I had, I would not have given them my business.

Their website states this "Our spoilers are not made from imported pre-preg carbon fiber sheets commonly used in wet molding." However, even if made in china, if you get a really bad spoiler odds are that RPM will make it right. Whereas ebay/etc, you're not going to get any help whatsoever...

Also, important to point out in my post above, the 3m promoters are not known to be great for paint. It's ideal if you plan to never remove the spoiler - not great if you want to go back to stock.

This is probably my only real complaint about my 21 August-ish Model S. The horn placement is outright dangerous. In parking lots I drive with my thumb hovering the capacitive touch horn button. Does Tesla offer an upgrade to a standard style horn?
