I've been trying to get a refund for 3-months now. Most of the time, I get no reply via email. Twice I received a canned response and no follow through. When I call the closest dealership, they claim they aren't trained in how to cancel the reservations.

I've been trying to cancel my Roadster pre-order as well, because of timing issues. I emailed support a handful of times, never got a response. Then called the dealer in Ohio (closest location to Michigan, where I had to purchase it from). They told me they are changing project management...

I am 6'3" and put a down payment for the Roadster 2 already, but this is my biggest concern. Can I fit? j
