Dead Polestar 2 at Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Was dropping off my ICE rental car last evening when I spotted a Polestar 2 sitting outside of an Enterprise Rent-A-Car office (north of Pittsburgh). Initially, I was really excited to see one in the wild, and I took a couple of pictures. But then I took a closer look. As shown in one of the...

Range Decrease Following Update to 2022.4.5

Ugh. I now recall that I used a Supercharger last Saturday for the first time since September. I only charged to 85% but needed to do it quicker than at home as I needed to leave for a day-long trip. After seeing your response, I am wondering if the mysterious "recalibration" process might be...

Range Decrease Following Update to 2022.4.5

my comment on your results is actually a question... how have you been able to keep your range in the 320's for the first 10K miles? Mine dropped into the 310's at 2K and had been steady since until this week.

Range Decrease Following Update to 2022.4.5

Original equipment on my MYLR were the 20 inch induction. I swapped them out at 6,100 miles for 19 inch Gemini wheels/tires as winter approached and I wanted to have a decent set of tires for winter driving. So on my chart, you would be able to see that they really had little effect on the...

Range Decrease Following Update to 2022.4.5

I received software update 2022.4.5 on 2/12. Per TeslaFi, the estimated range of my MYLR has dropped about 7 miles following that update. Yes, I recognize that it's only been a few days, and that other factors might be at play, but it's something that is visible to me when I look at the chart...

    Model Y 1350 mile Road Trip/Charging report

I completed my first road trip last weekend in my MYLR. 809 miles roundtrip from Pittsburgh PA to Lexington KY. A long single-day experience that left me ultra satisfied with the choice to buy a Tesla. I did the trip solo, as my wife didnt want to burn her day driving to Kentucky to pick up a...

Wanting SiriusXM on the Model 3/Y

These add-on Sirius radios require an external antenna (a small 2x1x1 inch black cube with magnetic mount). The radios come with such an antenna along with a 25-foot wire with connector. I have used several types of these external antennas over the years (been Sirius subscriber since 2005) and...

Wanting SiriusXM on the Model 3/Y

What about streaming SiriusXM via your phone and using Bluetooth? I did a 14-hour drive yesterday and streamed two full length football games without a problem. Made the day go much nicer! Just make sure that you’ve got an unlimited phone plan.

I got my inspection at Hartman's Firestone in Cranberry Twp. My SA suggested to me that they had been sending folks there. I was able to make early morning appointment and was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

    Current Delivery Times

I did complete a survey following delivery. I emphasized the total lack of information available to the SA's and buyers, and that it was a totally avoidable drag on the overall buying experience. I think that it was wise of Tesla to wait a week post-delivery to ask as driving the car for a few...

    Current Delivery Times

That you are to receive a new car with VIN 210*** at this time is interesting. My MYLR was manufactured on 6/14 (per windshield sticker I saw) and it's at the tail-end of the 210*** sequence. I am thinking that your car could have been manufactured first or second week of June. Betting that...

Heated Steering Wheel - Disabled ???

OK I said that it was a newbie question. Solved my own problem by switching off the A/C first. I hang my head in shame.
