I ordered Dec 8th, heard nothing, then out of the blue a telephone call last Thursday. Picked it up Saturday. Used it to power my house Sunday when PG&E failed us during a storm. Yes, I really like it.

You impugn Elon without fully understanding the context of his comment. I can easily imagine situations where robots are impacted by air resistance, such as picking up and moving large sheets of material (glass or metal) and I'm sure there are more.

I like the way "ignore" is currently handled. I find it heartening to see responses to people on my list. I don't read the responses but I know the uninitiated are being given good solid "counters" to the FUD. Thanks to all that are willing to wade in and fight the good fight.

This was a pleasant surprise for me today on yahoo! finance:

As a second data point. My CT reservation # is within the first 100 and I have received no "notification" nor seen any other change in my Tesla account.
