Are you sure your version hasn’t now changed from .36?

Yes I’ve now been back levelled(?) to .26.3 too and App display working again. Not a great testament to Tesla’s testing but I guess at least resolved pretty quickly.

Yes same here. I have 2 x PW2 with backup gateway. PW2s are on 2 separate phases of the 3-phase supply we have coming to the house, but I suspect not relevant. Do you have any idea when 22.36 installed on yours?

Tried a Gateway Reset - after reboot no change.

The live power flow on the App not showing anything today since first thing this morning. I still get the display through the ip address access. I think gateway may have recently updated to 22.36 but this may not be relevant. App access to my car is fine and internet access all good. anyone else...

Solved! New 13-pin plug to replace 13 to 7 pin adapter and original 7-pin plug. Clearly there were dodgy connections along the way causing the weird behaviours. £7.99 from Screwfix!

Yes in 2019 it was factory fit option for UK. Yes includes Tow mode.
