The other question you need to have an answer ready for is "How much did you pay for it"? The stock answer is "They start at $XX,000, but the Model 3 will soon be out with a base price of $35,000". I suspect you are not the type who is interested in giving out exact details on this question... -

Ahh, the magic! Actually, I am the owner of the most easterly Model X, so this trip is actually about 20 minutes from our home. If anyone else cares to drive their Tesla to the east end of Newfoundland, our place is available for charging. Looking forward to welcoming TeslaXCanada soon. Jon... -

Wiki Model X Reset Techniques
No,nothing, and the slacker still works. I called tech support. They quickly determined I was a revision behind in firmware and that Google Maps has updated their security recently which would be addressed in the newer version. They're pushing it to me shortly. Thanks for your suggestions...
