I had this issue while on a road trip about 5 weeks ago. The local service center (in Dedham, MA) was able to fit me in the next day and fixed the issue. It has been fine ever since and there was no charge for the repair.

This morning there are 6 wooden creates with Tesla logos on them staged about 200 feet from the existing Supercharging stations. They're in an area that's blocked off with construction barriers. Maybe 6 boxes = 6 additional stations?
