Hi, I tried to login with the access code to see what was new, and it keeps taking me to the subscription page. I've used a one day code in the past. Does that mean I can't use it again?

Assuming you mean the Summon activated from the parking stalk, the answer is no. All of it must be done through the App.

You can use Summon anywhere, at least in the UK. You just have to use the app, which by the time it connects and it's ready to summon, you could have gotten in the car and moved it manually.

The app functionally looks good, but it's quite slow. Switching between screens shows the Loading animation most of the time, taking a couple of seconds or more. ( I'm on Android 7.1 on a Pixel XL, so not a slow phone) The official app is annoyingly slow to start ( if it doesn't open on the...

I think parking is one of the situation where autonomy will be great. The car will drop you off at the entrance and then go look for a parking space. That's the kind of situation that doesn't matter if it takes 1 minute or 10 minutes to find a place ;-)

I've been using the "push up/down trick" to enable the CC at the current speed since version 7.0 IIRC. I used to use that movement before with 6.X but it would resume at the previous set speed. So it's a good improvement. But yeah, it should be added to the manual.

You can pull and hold the cruise control lever for about a second and it will go to the detected speed limit ( plus offset if you have it set)

Try clearing the apps cache and logging in again. Mine was acting up Friday and that sorted it out.

I for one would also like to see Android Auto ( and I guess CarPlay) on the Tesla. But if people want it mostly for Waze you need to be aware that both systems limit what 3rd party developers can do. You'd get the built in navigation on OSes (and for me Google maps is much better than the tesla...
