    Just to clarify - the level 2 trading data available through TDAmeritrade is only through their Think or Swim platform, correct? I can't seem to find it on web browser or the standard TDA app.

    You have to enable it -- once you log in on their website, click on 'My Profile' --> 'Subscriptions'. Check to enable Level 2 data... it has a cost of $0.00 so it's free. Once you've done that, add tickers to your watch list. In your watch list, hover over a ticker. In the popup, click on 'Additional actions'. Should be straightforward from there!
