Same. March model x, new mcu, 2018.20. Annoying.

There's an option to opt out of data sharing (something about uploading data and short video clips to the mothership periodically). I wonder if disabling this would cut down on the vampire drain.

The manual states that energy saving mode is not available for newer models since they do energy saving automatically (or something like that). I was looking for it the other day for Teslafi and was ripping my hair out. Check the manual under energy saving.

Do the scroll wheels on the model 3 not do both of these things?

Having issues this morning. Worked fine last night, can't connect to the car now. Errors are alternating between "Check your internet connection" and "unknown error". Interestingly enough, i'm able to get push alerts from the car (e.g. charging has started), but the app won't connect.

Where's the best place to report this? My model x is suffering the same issue... Sounds awful now :(

I tried forcing to .11g (2.4Ghz) and even tried no security/password. No luck.

I'm on 2018.12 and my scroll wheel reboot is not working. Delivered early april with new MCU.

Also, I'm on v8.1 2018.12. I tried two different WiFi routers, even tried setting one up with a simple password (8 characters). No dice.

Same issue here. MXP100D, new mcu. I'm entering my wifi password correctly, but it keeps saying to check password. I'm also unable to do the scrollwheel reset that everyone talks about. Have you tried to reset the mcu?

My 2018 model x is having trouble initiating Wi-Fi connection. I tried doing the scroll wheel reset but nothing seems to be rebooting (screen just stays on). I've seen some mention this in other threads, but it doesn't seem to be widespread. How many people are unable to perform the steering...
