Thanks. It's amazing that Tesla tech support does not know what the latest version of firmware is for the car. I have an appointment for service. Maybe they can push the firmware update out to me to see if it fixes the problem.

Is there anybody here with a M3 SR+ that has gotten 36.15? I was told by tech support that 36.11 that I currently have is the latest firmware for my car.

18k miles SR+ and I get 191 miles at 80%, but I did not get that again until recently. Charge your SR+ to 100% then take it on a nice long drive down to 20%. Make sure you drive it nice and calm for that drive. No heater, no seat heaters and nice warm temps outside 70% degrees Fahrenheit +...

Same problem here. M3 SR+. Got home 2 nights ago and and plugged in to my mobile connector for charging from a 240v 20 amp outlet. Received the above error several times. I was low on miles and read somewhere that somebody had a similar problem and that the car did charge at a supercharger...

I think that if they offered me auto lane change and NOA I would take them up on that, otherwise I will take the refund. They are offering the refund for a reason, not just out of the goodness of their heart. They know that they did something wrong.

This is very true. For comparison I can tell you that my model 3 thru State Farm is the same price as my Challenger, which is twice the price of my Wrangler 2 dr. All with the same coverage. I have found that the Challenger/model 3 is the highest cost car to insure of all the cars I have owned...

I am very excited. Placed an order online on March 12th then was assigned a vintage today and pick up date is scheduled for March 18th. SR plus black interior black paint with autopilot. Picking up in Chicago and I was a reservation holder.
