Yup, just drove through it tonight. They likely won't turn on the chargers until after the carnival. That blue structure is a ferris wheel starting to be setup.

The chargers are working. Supercharging as I write this post.

I drove by at noon and they were running the cables down the pole. Glad to see progress, hopefully it will open next week.

I stopped by on my way home, it looks like they have the insulators on the pole, and the conduit installed. It looks like they need to run the wires down the pole, install a transformer or junction box and install the meter. Hopefully it won't take too much longer.
