Yes, Kilmer, Walt Whitman, and JF Cooper are open and charging. Some have no ICE fuel or food available (LOL). When you are in NJ you can call 511 and get traffic updates for any major road with rest stop info etc.
I am on the same release. Have you tried long pressing Homelink or any of the viewable icons? App will bring up additional icons, including Vent, that can be dragged to customize your menu.
I have been rerouted several times to avoid significant traffic issues between Delaware and New Jersey. As I am familiar with my usual twice-a-month trip, I leave the navigation on silent just to keep an eye on my state of charge at the end of the journey. The first time it tried to reroute...
Amazon also sells several CCS adapters if Tesla is out of stock or you need it sooner. I have this one and successfully tested it at EA.

Available from Tesla, I believe standard for Model S and Model X but $350 for 3 and Y. You can always use your garage remote (like a caveman)...
In addition to the good advice from @Sophias_dad and @essaunders above, I would start at 100% SoC and then use the Tesla navigation to route me safely. Enjoy your ski trip.
Did you create a service appointment? I wouldn't try driving very far until I had Tesla look at it. They may be able to do this remotely and fix with OTA.
