Brought this up during my service appointment. It's a known issue with the firmware that cars ship with and "will be rectified in a future update". Guess I'll have to wait until the car picks up non-factory firmware (i.e. 2022.28.2). It's still on 2022.23.101.2.

Took delivery yesterday in Ohio, with a vin of 351XXX. Not sure why they gave me a front bracket, it's not legally required in this state. Mobile connector was not included and I didn't get a voucher.

Mine came with a front plate bracket (not installed thank god, in the trunk lower compartment). Michelin tires as well.
