Hey there, thanks for reaching out. Mine was working for 6 months without issue actually. It stopped working without cause. The SC said that the eMMC type did not match. Weird right. Anyway, I had it replaced formally. I have never seen anyone else get blocked in this manner.

When the car is resting, wake the car with the app and run the hvac for about 1hr. After that go out to the car and change the wheel configuration in the settings and reset the car, this is a deep reset. Remember to change the wheel configuration graphic back if you like. See if this solves...

I wonder if it's related to the seat switch or seat weight sensor. Is anything resting on the seat or could cause it not to rise up when you get out? When you get out the first time try wiggling the driver seat or pushing on the center of it rigorously.

Try clearing the trip counter and some of the navigation entrees. If it's still doing it it's probably the eMMC on the way out.

Reset the trip counter and clear your navigation history. It will help.

It can also happen if you recently installed an update. Just reboot.
