I have a mid-year 2018 Model X. does anyone's wiring plug harness look like this?

I installed my hitch and received the 7 pin to 4/5 pin adapter per this post. when I opened the flap for the plug harness I found this. It looks nothing like the 7 pin picture. What is this below? Is this a EU or other Country plug? @ohmman or @ecarfan any idea? THanks in advance.

Stop in Buellton, great wineries and Solvang. Then head east by Lake Cachuma for a very nice drive and drive into SB from the mountains. If you are still heading south, next would be Oxnard, but many options heading that way. Look for Destination or L2 chargers in SB, but you probably won't...
