Drove by this one today. It really looks complete and ready to go. The only thing missing is the utility transformer. Come on Rocky Mountain Power, get with the program.

By the looks of the reports on Plugshare this location seems problematic. Just out of curiosity were you trying to use the CHAdeMO or the CCS side of things. Did you try and report the problem to the host site ?

Maybe some service centers are better informed or more up to date than others.
