I think the Canadian roaming is pretty new I just traded an early 85 for and 85D (built at the end of May - no LTE - booo). My old car shut down reception at the border. I was very pleasantly surprised to see if work when I went to Vancouver airport recently.

I pick my new 85D in Seattle tomorrow as well. Our cars should celebrate their birthdays together!

One other thing - on my home NEMA charger, I now get 29 mph, as opposed to 28 previously, and a full charge is 265 compared with 258 (I had put 21k miles on the battery).

Hello everybody, My Model S (vin 1682) had the same error message regarding the 12v battery not working. It turned out the problem was with the main high voltage battery. Despite happening on a Saturday, Tesla had my car turned around with a (I think) brand new battery pack within 48 hours...

That is what I was just told by Tesla service at the HQ.

I really pressed him on this issue. They have my VIN and know what car I have. He said, definitely, this will be available in the summer. I also thought it was too good to be true, but he double confirmed it. All that said, I'll still have some doubts, until I see an official announcement.
