I'm planning to install Blox lowering links on my Model S (2017). Anyone in/around Bay Area that can assist or provide some guidance? I've read the installation manual but still prefer someone that has done this to provide guidance. Appreciate any help!

Escalate it with BBB and have Tesla HQ look into this or you can try to escalate it to the regional manager if you know their information. Tesla Service Center most likely will not share this with you.
