Dont even bother with the service centers. Just try to send a Certified Letter like the one provided by the op to their central offices and your local service center.

I have the same issue, I purchased mine used a month ago, its a 137xxx vin number, 4 scheduled appointments and still no answer. It is eating me up and I will push till the do it. This is why I hate not being able to inspect my car before purchase.

Thank you, this is interesting information to know. Didnt know all that was holding it back was the fuse but I assume they dont want to cause its expensive to take out the battery just to change the fuse.

I didn’t remember to take one then but all of them are still listed as having a 0-60 of 4.2s on the website. Tesla just advertises every single one as such.

Its a refreshed bumper, the vin number is 137xxx. My biggest issue is that compatible or not, It was advertised at 4.2s 0-60 on tesla used website at time of purchase on my specific listing.

Mine is with the refreshed nose cone and a 75kwh battery pack. The sell the ones with the old nosecone as 70s since they only have a 70 kwh battery pack.
