Hmm, interesting replies. Just spoke to them. They are now offering a sweeter deal with premium interior + air suspension + next gen seats. Have to shell out a little more, but nothing substantial out of the pocket. What do you guys think now? :p

I think one of the biggest pre-requisites for autonomous driving will also be vehicle to vehicle communication. That is a key aspect that cannot be overlooked. An autonomous car cannot exist as an independent entity in the real world, imho. It requires all the sensors to decode the environment...

Tried autopilot today on a car I met. Was very very impressed by it. Kind of understood the reason why they have the car UI in the dashboard and the placing of the hands on the steering wheel is not time based which is good. Any questions please ask.
