Actually texted them and they responded back they can release the VIN and put my account on temp hold and then out me back int eh queue.

I can't make my upcoming date work and need to reject my car. Anyone know how I actually do that? I tried looking on line at my account and I can't seem to find an option to that. Also, do I just wait for them to reassign me another VIN? Thanks.

I'm supposed to take delivery of my MSLR this Sunday. I now need to go out of town unexpectedly and can't take delivery. What happens at this point? Do I reject the car and then I wait for another one to come my way? How long can that take? I don't need the car right away but need it by the end...

RN 1165 here. Just got a VIN and a delivery of Aug 27-30. In the DC area.

Chargepoint is around $700 and JuiceBox is around $700 too. So at $400, the Tesla home charger seems like a much better deal.

This is why I'm really close to moving on from my order. The customer experience and the quality seem awful for a $100K+ car.

I have a LR on order and the build quality and service experience is really making me pause, especially for a $100k car. The thought that I have to bring detailed checklists at delivery is a turn off. Never had to do that with my other cars. I also have a BMW i4 M50 on order which is also...

RN1165 here. Has anyone with this RN have any EDD changes recently. I've been stuck at Aug 19 - Oct 14 for awhile now. Seems like others are getting changes. I'm a MSM LR 21" wheels in the DC area for what's it worth.

Just got a new EDD of May 25 - July 5.

I'm in the RN1165 group. Ordered 2/15. MS LR MSM with 21 wheels. Original EDD was July and then was moved June 17 - July 17.
