Probably had multiple pre-refresh orders with delivery price $12k lower than an idenrtical order placed today. Take delivery & then try to flip it to make a quick buck off some impatient shmuck willing to pay a premium to skip the wait direct from Elon.

Can’t say how much I appreciate all you’ve done over the last 5-6 months, Omar! There are plenty of times I second-guessed my patience throughout this process, and your feedback often balanced me out.

SA’s can confirm whether the VIN had been matched/unmatched for prior customers before being assigned to you. But they can’t determine a reason (e.g., financing fell through vs rejected for potential defects). Of course, that assumes you’ve got access to an SA who gives a darn.

Caught a glimpse of your reflection in the B-pillar & got a kick out of the MASSIVE smile on your face. Cant wait to have that same smile plastered on my face non-stop in a couple weeks.

Just anecdotal, but I have doubts this was a factor. We’re in very similar position to you, came REALLY close to switching from 19s to 21s back in July, but stuck to our guns & stayed with the 19s. I really think the white interior supply was the most limiting factor, regardless of 19s/arachnids.
