Just confirmed ! I'm charging at 249kW at the new one next to Panera. Note the NAV still doesn't show this one, and there's a long wait at the original so hopefully they'll update soon!

This is the downside of the Canadian model and the Canadian regulations... The distance that you have to be from the car is really small compared to the US. I've tried it with a friend. I have to be very close to my Canadian Model 3; whereas on his US-spec Model 3, you can stand quite a bit away...

Wow people have a lot of opinions about this one... OP, I understand your concern. My wife hates taking the car because strangers approaching her like this makes her really uncomfortable. I'd suggest going the dumb "oh it's my boyfriend's/husband's car", at least that stops it going further...

Well, that explains a lot. I kept trying to get myself killed at a red light for the sake of seeing that FSD feature in action. ;-) Altho I could have sworn I saw it on the release notes.

I wouldn't worry about it. I mean sure.. in a storm, when your front bumper is covered in snow, cruise control won't work. That only happens in storms. Sometimes, your side cameras get a layer of dirt and automatic lane change won't work -- oh, I'll just wipe the camera and everything is good...

Anyone have any recommendations for a curb rash repair place? I've had a few suggestions from people but was thinking it might be best to stick with somewhere that's done tesla wheels before?

Has anyone used Excellence Auto at the Concord location? I've got some damage on my bumper + quarter panel that needs to be repaired and I got a good quote from them compared to everyone else. What really concerns me is that all other body shops seem jammed until March, but these guys are ready...

If it helps, I've had a lot of success with connecting to wifi, and then rebooting (holding the two buttons down). Doing that seems to make it phone home.. sometimes.

They do a lousy job of that for the regular chargers at Fairview. They are almost always ICEd. Plus, Vaughan has way more parking space, Fairview is very constricted. I'm worried this will be a lousy location. In addition, does this mean they are removing the planned Yonge/Sheppard location...
