    Supercharger - Henrietta, TX

Great any version is appreciated. This will make the Dallas to Santa Fe run a realtor me.

LA Area People, watch out! They are stealing Nose Cones Now!

Disturbing- the guy seems so relaxed anobut grand theft auto. Does he realize that when he gets caught he will be spending time behind bars in an unpleasant, overcrowded prison. Also, if such great quality video is available then why isn’t this guy in jail? I’m the police don’t want to move...

    Display screen delaminating?

I just noticed this on the Model S screen above the steering wheel. Around the edges of the display you can see an irregular line. Is this delamination, normal wear and tear or has it always been there?

Model 3 LR on First Road Trip With Autopilot

I didn’t realize that reversing the lever action would turn it off and will keep this in mind. Is tapping the brake not recommended as an alternative?

Model 3 LR on First Road Trip With Autopilot

Good point- I may not have been pressing the lever all the way down. I’ll have to check this

Model 3 LR on First Road Trip With Autopilot

I got the chance to drive on a trip from Dallas, Tx to Conway, AR ( North of Little Rock, AR) in my wife’s M3 LR (2018.36.2.ac4a215) last weekend. Some comments: Autopilot: My first opportunity to use the autopilot on a trip. Generally, it worked well and lowered my workload while driving...

Is cabin under heat protection next?

I'm enjoying the cabin overheat protection during a hot Dallas summer. Is it likel that a similar feature will be created to keep the cabin from falling below 35F? The same issues would be addressed (protest kids, pets, electronics, etc.). In cold climes this issue must have some import....

Subtle high pitch sound when accelerating or regen - possibly caused by aftermarket speaker?

Consider taking your car in for servicing- my model S similar noise and it needed a dive train replacement. It was a no charge event, BTW.

Interested in cabin overheat energy consumption

Cool feature- seems to cost about 20 miles per workday in Dallas. I have enjoyed the cooler car during this hot summer in Texas. It may offer some real results in the sense of preserving car interiors and electronics. Is there any big downside in running the AC (at a low setting) for a long...

The "Is Tesla Going Bankrupt?" thread

Anything is possible but note- -sometimes, a company can go a long time w/o a profit, like amazon- he is not quoting a law of thermodynamics - a small hedge fund, $25M - he is making bets against the Tesla share price, hardly an unbiased observer

Model 3 Phone Charge Cable Swap Thread

Does this cable arrangement only work with phones without cases?

Is the 4 week delivery time real time or Elon time?

Model 3 first impressions (Red, LR, sport wheels, premium upgrade, enhanced AP) Service center process - totally painless: no delays, no issues. Phone as a key- easy setup: so far, flawless. Only got to drive it a few miles but here’s what I noticed: Snappy accelerator response (no...

    Supercharger - Little Rock, AR

My son is a student at Hendrix college in Conway (40 miles NNE of LR). Driving my S 60 was quite the challenge from Dallas before the LR supercharger. Tesla’s informal plan sets out several more in AR, but it’s amazing that one company can do all of this stuff so well, even though it’s far...

Is the 4 week delivery time real time or Elon time?

Had to delay the pickup till tomorrow... will provide a report as soon as I have something interesting to say... From your description it sounds like Nirvana- of course I’m the kind of guy who would like to see partial differential equations scrolling across the screen.
